Wei\u00dfe Schokolade: mild, subtil und himmlisch lecker<\/strong><\/p>

Der cremig-zarte Geschmack wei\u00dfer Schokolade wird vor allem von Naschkatzen besonders gesch\u00e4tzt. Da keine Kakaomasse verwendet wird, schmeckt wei\u00dfe Schokolade weniger intensiv als Zartbitterschokolade und hat auch eine viel hellere Farbe. In Pralinen l\u00e4sst sich wei\u00dfe Schokolade perfekt mit einer ganzen Reihe von Geschmacksrichtungen kombinieren und das nutzen wir bei Ovidias gerne aus.<\/p>

Wie wird wei\u00dfe Schokolade hergestellt?<\/strong><\/p>

Im Gegensatz zu Zartbitterschokolade und Milchschokolade wird wei\u00dfer Schokolade keine Kakaomasse zugesetzt. Dadurch hat die Schokolade nicht die typische, braune Farbe. Deswegen ist wei\u00dfe Schokolade technisch gesehen auch gar keine \u201eechte\u201c Schokolade. Allerdings wird in wei\u00dfer Schokolade Kakaobutter verwendet, wodurch der Kakaogeschmack noch subtil vorhanden ist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Von allen Schokoladensorten ist Milchschokolade <\/b>zweifellos die beliebteste. Milchschokolade ist zwar s\u00fc\u00df, aber nicht so s\u00fc\u00df wie wei\u00dfe Schokolade. Und w\u00e4hrend man bei Milchschokolade die Schokolade wunderbar herausschmeckt, ist der Geschmack nicht so ausgepr\u00e4gt wie bei dunkler Schokolade. Der perfekte Mittelweg also und ideal f\u00fcr unsere belgischen Pralinen. <\/p>

Wie wird Schokolade hergestellt?<\/strong><\/p>

Die Basis von Milchschokolade ist die gleiche wie bei reiner Schokolade, n\u00e4mlich Kakaomasse <\/b>gemischt mit Kakaobutter <\/b>und Zucker<\/b>. Zu dieser Mischung wird Milch in Form von kondensierter Milch oder Milchpulver hinzugef\u00fcgt. Zartbitterschokolade <\/b>ist meistens ein Favorit unter echten Schokoladenfans. Der Geschmack ist ausgepr\u00e4gter als bei Milchschokolade und weniger s\u00fc\u00df als bei wei\u00dfer Schokolade. Trotzdem muss reine Schokolade nicht unbedingt bitter schmecken. Vieles h\u00e4ngt von der Kakaobohne ab. <\/p>

Wie wird reine Schokolade hergestellt?<\/strong><\/p>

Dunkle Schokolade hat die reinste Zusammensetzung aller Schokoladensorten. Die Basis besteht aus einer Mischung aus Kakaomasse<\/b>, Kakaobutter <\/b>und Zucker<\/b>.
