iTQi is short for the International Taste & Quality Institute; the world's leading organization dedicated to certifying the taste of food and drink products. In order to qualify these products, iTQi selects its judges from the 15 most prestigious European culinary and sommeliers associations, such as Academy of Culinary Arts, Euro-Toques, Gilde Van Nederlandse Meesterkoks, World Master Chefs Society (WMCS) en L'Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI).
Our awarded chocolate
Our Manon with mango and passion fruit was awarded two golden stars. This award is given to remarkable products with an excellent taste, with marks between 80% and 90% of the total score. For us this is a huge compliment, and we would like to thank everyone who has made this possible!
Our Manon Ruby even won a prize.
Ruby is the new, fourth chocolate type after dark, milk and white chocolate. This pink chocolate surprises with a completely new colour and taste experience.
Ruby is made from the special ruby bean and contains no colourings or fruit flavourings. The natural flavour is fruity, with fresh acids, but without the classic bitterness of cocoa.
This chocolate is the perfect accompaniment to a glass of bubbly or sweet, white dessert wine.
